Brian Harrington

Brian Harrington is an anomaly for any millennial-- the multi-hyphenate hipster is an entrepreneur, film producer, and actor.

How to do your own PR in 2017?

I've had this on my list forever to write a better full on post about this but couldn't wait any longer, wanted to just throw out some links that will help push you in the right direction.

1. Booking Radio and Podcast Interviews

Use www.radioguestlist.com and email in a simple pitch about who you are and what you can talk about. Emphasize that you can help the show runner market their show as well. Easy and simple way to book your first radio or podcast interview and start gaining experience.

2. Help a Reporter Out

I feel like I heard about this awhile back but then it fell off my radar. HARO is to the news industry what Central Casting is to Hollywood. Again, sign up for the emails and send in simple pitches of who you are and how you can answer the question that the reporter has. So many different topics and everyday is different on what they need. Often times you'll be scrolling and see something that fits a friend or client as well, email it over to them and it's an easy way to keep in touch with people as well. Visit www.helpareporter.com to sign up.

3. Book Brian Harrington as your guest?

Wow that is so kind of you to ask. Visit my PRESS section to view my bio and past appearances and then email brian@brianharrington.org to book me now to talk about politics, entertainment industry, being an entrepreneur, or bearded millennials.
