Internet Marketing

I've been nerding out over internet marketing for 10-12 hours a day for the past two weeks. My bed is 7 feet from my desk and I do push-ups to workout as I've been holed up in a basement loosely following the slow-carb diet from Tim Ferriss' book "4-Hour Body."

When I left for Colorado last month, I had no intention of staying here for almost four weeks. The Southwest email came through my inbox with the lower fare and it was almost like the decision was made for me to extend the stay by switching to the lower cost ticket. I had read about this...a guy just followed me on Twitter who's bio read "nomadic web entrepreneur." Crazy. Is that what I am?

I turn 23 this month and according to all conventional wisdom I have way more freedom than anyone my age should. Unlike the majority of my recent college-educated friends, I'm choosing to not have a day job. I'm choosing to nerd out and self-educate myself on how people, real humans, are making money online.

Plane trips for me have always been reserved for special occasions, one of my goals this year is to make them a lot more common place. The "what do you do?" question is one that I've never had a problem answering. By answering now that my income is connected solely to my computer and my new found time-wealth is opening up a wide range of possibilities.

More to come.
